摘要
介绍国内外桥梁缆索用镀锌钢丝应用现状,提出提高镀锌钢丝强度的方法和途径,包括提高盘条强度、提高盘条拉拔压缩率及降低热镀锌强度损失等。提高盘条强度主要通过盘条索氏体化和合金化技术实现,C,Si质量分数分别控制在0.7%~1.2%,0.15%~1.5%,Mn,Cr质量分数分别控制在1%和0.5%以下。总压缩率控制:Φ7mm镀锌钢丝用盘条直径为13~14mm,Φ5mm镀锌钢丝用盘条直径为11~13mm。Si和Cr质量分数分别为1.2%和0.3%时,可有效降低热镀锌强度损失。选择Φ12.5mm高碳高硅盘条,试制出直径约5mm的超高强度桥梁缆索用镀锌钢丝,抗拉强度近2000MPa,钢丝扭转值达到20次以上。
To introduce application situation of galvanized steel wire for bridge cable domestic and abroad. The method and way to raise galvanized steel wire strength are put forth, include raising wire rod strength, raising wire rod drawing draught and decreasing strength loss as hot dipping. Raising wire rod strength is realized mainly by wire rod sorbite treating and al- loying: to control C and Si mass fraction at 0.7% - 1.2% and 0.15% - 1.5% respectively, to control Mn and Cr mass fraction below 1% and 0.5% respectively. Total draught is controlled: using diameter 13 - 14 mm wire rod for diameter 7mm galvanized steel wire, using diameter 11 - 13 mm wire rod for diameter 5 mm galvanized steel wire. The hot dipping strength loss can be decreased effectively as Si and Cr mass fraction is 1.2% and 0.3% respectively. Selecting diameter 12.5 mm high carbon high silicon wire rod, diameter about 5 mm ultra-high strength galvanized steel wire for bridge cable was trial-produced, whose tensile strength is about 2 000 MPa, the torsion numbers reach above 20.
