摘要
目的观察倍美力软膏对卵巢切除术后萎缩性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法10例卵巢切除术后萎缩性阴道炎患者采用倍美力软膏阴道给药,使用前后进行阴道评分以评估疗效。结果用药后阴道炎症状评分明显下降,阴道健康评分显著提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),患者均无不良反应。结论倍美力阴道软膏治疗卵巢切除术后萎缩性阴道炎安全,有效。
Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of premarin vaginal cream in atrophic vaginitis caused by ovariectomy.Methods 10 cases of atrophic vaginitis caused by ovariectomy were treated with premarin vaginal cream,the therapeutic effect were evaluated by scores before and after treatment.Results After treatment vaginitis symptom score decreased significantly,vagina medical fitness increased predominance,the difference were statistically significant（P0.01）,patients with no adverse reaction.Conclusion Premarin vaginal cream is effective and safe in the treatment of atrophic vaginitis after ovariectomy.
