基于PLC的加氯系统自动化及安全联锁系统

摘要 文章结合企业实际,深入分析工艺装置的运行状况和存在的问题,按照"安全、可靠、经济、实用"的原则,设计了一套加氯系统的自动化及安全联锁系统方案。文章阐述了系统的工艺流程、系统方案、硬件配置、系统安全控制功能等。系统主要工艺有液氯汽化和加氯工艺过程。实施后的控制系统技术先进、安全等级高、质量可靠、操作方便,生产效率大幅度提高。 The paper linked to the enterprise reality, through analysis craft installment movement condition and existence question. According to "safe, reliable, is economical, is practical" the principle, we have designed a set of Canadian chlorine system's automation and the safety interlocking system solution. The paper elaborated system's technical process, the system solution, the hardware disposition, the system safety control function and so on. The system main craft has the liquid chlorine vaporization and adding the chlorine. After transformation, the control system had an advanced technology, a high level of security, reliable quality, convenient operation, substantial increase in production efficiency.
