降札异常高氡温泉的放射健康影响评价 被引量:1

摘要 目的对降札温泉周围环境的γ空气吸收剂量率、室内外氡浓度、热释光个人剂量进行测量,并对降札温泉内各类人员可能受到的辐射影响进行分析和评价。方法结合对降札温泉内各类人员的内外受照剂量的估算结果,与国家相关标准进行对比。结果降札温泉内管理员和居民受照剂量超过我国居民所有天然辐射源产生的年有效剂量总和,儿童受到的辐射剂量超过我国电离辐射防护与辐射源安全基本标准(GB18871-2002)的控制限值。结论降札温泉附近的居民、管理员和儿童等大部分人员所受到的内外照射剂量均超过了国家标准,显然降札温泉氡污染严重,会对长期居住在附近的居民、游客和患者的健康造成影响。 Objective To measure the air absorbed dose rate of γ- indoor and outdoor radon concentrations and TL individual dose in Jiangzha spring surrounding area, analyze and evaluate the radiation effects to the people in Jiangzha radon spring area. Methods The internal and external radiation doses to people estimated in Jiangzha radon spring area were compared with the national standards. Results The dose received by the working staff in Jiangzha radon spring and local residents exceed the total annual effective dose of natural radi- ation sources to residents in China, and the doses received by the children living there exceed the limits set in Ionizing Radiation Protection and Basic Standard of Safety of Radiation Sources (GB18871 -2002). Conclu- sion The internal and external radiation dose received by the majority of the residents, children living nearby and the working staff in Jiangzha radon spring exceeded the national standard. The radon pollution is serious in Jiangzha radon spring area, which could had impact on the health of local residents, visitors and patients.
