基于低压氧弹燃烧法评定柴油添加剂的节能降污功效 被引量:10

摘要 采用低压氧弹燃烧法测定加入节能降污添加剂后柴油样品的发热量以及残余物质量,提出了2个评价指标,即发热量变化率Z和每克柴油燃烧后残余物质量变化率R。采用这2个指标对使用的柴油节能降污添加剂效能进行模拟评定,并将该模拟评定结果与发动机台架试验和锅炉试验进行灰色相关分析。结果表明,应用该模拟评定的方法可以较准确地评定添加剂的节能降污性能,与台架和锅炉试验均具有很好的相关性。 The calorific values and residue of diesel with additives added were measured by low pressure oxygen bomb combustion method. Two new deliberated indexes to evaluate the efficacy of energy saving and pollution controlling for the additives were developed, namely calorific value gradient (Z) and residue quality gradient (R). The grey relation analyses between the bench test, boiler test and low pressure oxygen bomb combustion test of diesel with and without additives were carried out. The results showed that the two new deliberated indexes could be used to evaluate the efficacy of energy saving and pollution controlling for newly developed additives, and there was good relativity between the bench test, boiler test and low pressure oxygen bomb combustion method.
