摘要
采用化学共沉淀法制备了铬锡红色料,结果表明,加入量为15%氟化钠作为矿化剂的试样在1000℃开始呈现美丽的玛瑙红色,到1300℃合成出高品位、高温稳定的铬锡红色料。化学共沉淀法与固相合成法相比,其呈色更好,粒度分布范围更窄,关键在于改善由顺序沉淀引起的组分偏析。
Chrome—Tin pink pigment were prepared for coprecipitation method pigments with different mineralizer synthesised at different temperature were tested by XRD、IR and grain distribution.It is shown that when the mineralizer is sodiu fluoride and it's percent is 1.5% the samples have taken on good chrome—Tin pink colour at 1000℃ and it's XRD peaks assigned to tin sphene is obvious. As the temperature comes to 1300℃ high quality chrome—Tin pink pigment stable at high temperature is synthesised. Spectrophotometry and grain distribution analysis of the sample synthesised at 1300℃ show that compared with ceramic method better colour and narrower grain distribution of the sample.Synthesised by coprecipitation method is got and the key of success synthesis lies in improving constituent segregation arise from ordinal precipitation
