摘要
建立了一种新的测定Fenton反应产生羟自由基·OH的方法。Ce3+在稀硫酸中能产生特征荧光,其最大激发波长和发射波长分别为 280 nm和360 nm。 Fenton反应产生的·OH能将 Ce3+氧化成 Ce4+,用荧光法测定 Ce3+的荧光强度变化即可间接测定羟自由基的产生量。通过对测定条件的研究,得到最佳实验条件。结果表明,该方法稳定性好、操作简便。测定快速,可作为一种简便的筛选抗氧化剂的方法。
A new method for detecting the hydroxyl radical produced by Fenton reaction is developed.' Ce3+ can produce its characteristic fluorescence in diluted sulfuric acid with is excitation and emission wavelength at 280 nm and 360 nm, respectively. The fluorescence is qUenched when Ce3+ is oxidized by hydroxyl radical The optimal experimental program is obtained by studying the determination conditions. The results show that this method is stable, simple and rapid. This system can be used as a convenient method for. the selection of antioxidants.
