摘要
刑讯逼供是侦察审讯中的一大顽症,其侵犯人权,容易造成冤假错案,损害公安机关和民警形象,必须严厉禁止。管理者一方面应从公安管理入手,铲除刑讯逼供滋生的土壤;另一方面要提高民警职业素质,遏制刑讯逼供的苗头。
The extraction of confession by torture becomes a big chronic and stubborn disease in surveillance triM, which will violate the human rights, be likely to cause unjust, false or wrong cases, thereby damaging the image of public security organs, so we must strictly prohibit it. On one hand, the managers should start with the public security administration to eradicate the extraction of confession by torture; on the other hand, they should enhance police professionalism, and curb any signs of the extraction of confession by torture.
