摘要
由于1号锅炉长期存在低于额定负荷运行时再热汽温低于设计值的问题,而对锅炉运行的安全性和经济性带来不利影响,急需对此进行改造治理。经论证分析,认为应该对锅炉受热面进行改造,在详细热力校核计算的基础上提出了3种受热面改造方案,即"方案A"、"方案B"和"方案C"。通过热力计算结果的全面对比分析,选择"方案B"对锅炉高温屏式过热器进行了改造。改造完成后锅炉运行稳定,低于额定负荷运行时,再热汽温达到了设计要求,再热汽温低的问题得到了解决,取得了满意的改造效果。
The boiler of unit 1 had been undergoing the problem of underheating of reheat steam while running at non- full load since its operation, which had negative impacts on the security and economy of the power plant. Immediate measures were needed to solve the problem. After demonstration and evaluation ,the boiler heat - exchange surfaces were confirmed reconstruction. Based on the results of boiler heat check calculation, 3 retrofitting scenarios ( scenarios A, B and C) were proposed. After analyzing and comparing the results of the 3 scenarios, scenario B is finally chosen to implement the surface reconstruction of the high temperature platen superheater for this boiler. The boiler operates steadily and the problem of underheating of reheat steam, while running at non-full load, has been solved after the heat-exchange surface reconstruction finished.
