摘要
通过对PDCA方法的介绍,结合工程质量政府监督机构的工作内容及目前存在的问题,对PDCA方法在质监机构质量监管工作中的运用进行了探讨研究,以期充分发挥政府质量监督管理的职能。
Through of the PDCA method introduction, combined with the work content of government surveillance agency about project＇s quality and questions, in order to conducting the research of the PDCA method using in the quality monitoring organization about to quality supervising and managing work utilization, so as to bring the government＇s function in quality supervision and management into full play.
