Advance in Sugar-Containing Polymer

摘要 糖是一种含有大量羟基的多功能化合物,以糖为原料可制成多种糖基聚合物。本文综述了近年来合成的典型含糖聚合物,着重介绍了低聚糖、多聚糖、糖基聚酯、糖基水凝胶的最新研究进展,同时介绍了它们在生物医药食品方面的应用。 Sugar is a multifunctional compounds which contain a lot of hydroxyl,various sugar-based polymer can be prepared from it.The recent prepared sugar-based polymers were reviewed.The recent development of oligosaccharide,polysaccharide,polyester and hydrogel were emphasized specially.Their applification in biology,medicine,foodstuff was also introduced.
