摘要
从供应链关系形成的角度,建立了4个主要的度量因素沟通、信任、承诺和合作对供应链协同的影响顺序及相互关系的假设模型,应用结构方程模型的方法进行验证,其中协同效应以信息共享、同步决策和激励联盟作为评价指标。经过对163例制造行业供应链的研究,结果表明,在供应链关系形成过程中,相关企业是从沟通开始,建立相互间的信任后,企业双方承诺发展长远关系,从而产生合作行为,最终通过合作对协同效应产生正性影响。另外沟通和信任对协同运作的影响最为重要,合作的影响最为直接,而承诺对协同只有间接作用。
According to the development process of supply chain relationship,a conceptual framework was developed incorporating dimensions of supply chain relationship and collaboration.Four elements of SC relationship include communication,trust,commitment,and co-operation was tested,and supply chain collaboration was evaluated by imformation sharing,decision synchronization,and incentive alignment.Structural equation modelling with data collected from 163 manufacturing firms was used to test the sequence of the impact.The results show that supply chain relationship evoles from communication,and trust can be formed,with commitment and co-operation to be developed.And positive effect on supply chain collaboration is evolved through co-operation.And also communication and trust are two most important elements to make effect on collaboration.
