摘要 液体阻抗谱在科研和生产中有不可替代的应用,然而电导性液体在测量时产生的电极极化影响了这些液体低频阻抗谱的准确测量。设计了一套基于四电极测量原理的中低频液体阻抗测量系统,并采用四电极的测量探头用于液体阻抗谱的测量。系统主要由DSP、直接数字波形发生器、增益/相差测量模块等构成。系统经过校准、标定后,用于测量自制NaC l溶液阻抗谱。结果表明,电极极化得到显著降低,系统可用于电导性液体10 kHz以上阻抗谱的测量。 Liquid impedance spectroscopy is widely used in research and industry,though the measurement always suffers from electrode polarization and it is quite difficult to get accurate data.An impedance spectroscopy measurement system for conductive aqueous solution at low frequencies is designed on the principle of four-electrode.The system mainly consists of direct digital synthesis waveformer,gain/phase detector and DSP as a controller,completed with a commercial four ring electrode probe.After calibration and compensation,the system is used to measure the impedance spectroscopy of NaCl solution.The result shows that the electrode polarization has been greatly lessened and the system can be used to measure the impedance spectroscopy of conductive aqueous solution at frequencies above 10 kHz.
