阐述了企业建立人力资源信息系统的目的和意义,在此基础上提出了人力资源信息系统的硬件结构、软件配置、功能模块及实施步骤,并指出了系统应用过程中需注意的问题。
This paper expounds the target and significance of constructing the human resource information system of enterprise, and based on this, puts forward the hardware structure, software configuration, function modules and implementation steps of human resource information system, and points out some problems needing attentions in the system application.
