Summary of Researches on Knowledge Sharing in Foreign Countries

摘要通过对2005—2009年国外关于知识共享的研究文献进行分析,探究近年来知识共享相关研究的主要方向和研究热点,认为这些文献主要是从知识共享的影响因素、技术手段等方面展开研究的,其中知识共享的影响因素(包括个人因素、组织因素、知识因素和环境因素)是研究重点。同时,对这些文献的主要研究成果进行综述,对知识共享研究的发展趋势进行展望。 By analyzing the overseas literatures on knowledge sharing published from 2005 to 2009,this paper explores the main orientations and hotspots of researches on knowledge sharing in recent years,believing that these literatures are mainly focused on the factors affecting knowledge sharing and the technical means of knowledge sharing.Factors affecting knowledge sharing,including personal factors,organizational factors,knowledge factors,and environmental factors,are the research focus.Meanwhile,the main research achievements of these literatures are summarized.The development trend of researches on knowledge sharing is predicted.
