微波法制备人工养殖鲟鱼皮复合氨基酸螯合锌工艺的研究 被引量:2

摘要 本试验采用微波螯合工艺,通过单因素和正交试验研究在不同复合氨基酸与锌的配位比、微波时间、微波功率及反应pH条件下人工养殖鲟鱼皮复合氨基酸螯合锌的制备工艺。结果表明,螯合的最佳工艺为:反应体系pH为8,微波功率为340W,微波时间为10min,氨基酸与七水硫酸锌配位比为2:1,在此条件下复合氨基酸螯合锌产量为0.6172g,螯合率达68.72%。同时,对复合氨基酸螯合锌进行了红外表征及紫外吸收测定,发现复合氨基酸螯合锌的最大紫外吸收波长为215nm。 The chelation technology was studied under microwave radiation.The effect of the molar ratio of amino acid to zinc ,microwave power,reaction time and pH value on chelate reaction was investigated.The optimum conditions were evaluated basing on the chelation rate and yield of amino acid chelates.The optimum condition was obtained as follows:the pH value was 8, microwave power was 340 W,radiation time was 10 min, and the molar ratio of amino acid to zinc chloride was 2:1 ,the chelated percent was 68.72 % and yield was 0.6172 g under the reaction condition.By the IR spectrum and UV spectrum determination,the complex amino acids chelated zinc absorb light with a λmax was 215 nm.
