内电解-超声波耦合处理活性黄3RX染料废水的研究 被引量:6

摘要 利用内电解-超声波体系降解活性黄3RX模拟废水,考察了废水处理过程中,废水在柱中停留时间、V(铁)∶V(铝)∶V(碳)、超声波处理废水时间及超声波处理过程曝气时间对降解效果的影响,并比较了该处理工艺和传统内电解工艺对印染废水的降解效果。结果表明,进柱反应时间为60min,V(铁)∶V(铝)∶V(碳)=1∶1∶2,超声波处理35min,同时曝气5min,活性黄3RX模拟废水色度去除率为94%,CODCr的去除率为88%。 The degradation of active yellow 3RX simulated wastewater by internal electrolysis and ultrasonic has been studied. The effects of settling time in the column, V (Fe) :V (A1) : V (C), time for ultrasonic treatment and aera tion time in the ultrasonic treatment on the degradation efficiency are investigated. The effect of this process on the degradation efficiency of printing and dyeing wastewater has been compared with that of traditional internal electrolysis. The results indicate that the optimum conditions are as follows: the reaction time is 60 min, V (Fe) :V (A1) : V(C)=1:1:2, ultrasonic treatment time 35 min and aeration time 5 min. Under these conditions its removal rate of chroma is 94%, and CODcr removal rate 88%.
