多动症患儿家长疾病知晓及焦虑情绪调查分析 被引量:4

An investigation and analysis of disease-informed situation and incidence of anxiety, in parents of children with ADHD

摘要 目的了解注意缺陷多动障碍儿童家长对儿童多动症相关知识的了解现状和焦虑情绪的发生情况。方法采用一般情况调查表、疾病知识问卷和焦虑自评量表对150例注意缺陷多动儿童家长进行调查,并与对照组进行对比分析。结果60%家长对疾病相关知识不甚了解。注意缺陷多动障碍儿童家长中有31.34%存在焦虑情绪,焦虑自评量表得分与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(t=53.97,P〈0.01)。家长焦虑情绪与患儿病程、合并学习障碍及家长对儿童注意缺陷多动障碍知识的了解水平呈显著性相关(r分别为0.117、0.412、0.462,P分别为〈0.05、〈0.01、〈0.01)。结论在诊治注意缺陷多动障碍儿童的同时应做好健康教育工作,并关注家长的心理状况。 Objective To investigate informed situation of parents’ related knowledge about attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD) that their children were suffering from and incidence of anxiety among them. Methods General information questionnaire, disease knowledge questionnaire and selfrating anxiety scale (SAS) were used to investigate 150 parents whose children were suffering from ADHD. The results were compared with those in the control group. Results 60% of parents had few knowledge of the disease. 31.34% of parents whose children were suffering from ADHD presented anxiety, and there was significant difference between the two groups in scores in SAS. Parental incidence of anxiety was correlated significantly with the children’s course of disease, association with learning disorder and parental understanding level of relevant knowledge about ADHD(r=0.117, 0.412, 0.462 respectively,P〈0.05,P〈0.01,P〈0.01). Conclusion When children with ADHD are treated, health education should be developed and more attention should be paid for psychologic status of their parents.
