摘要
新中国成立之初,我国就建立了社会主义国家的社会保障制度。经过六十年的发展与完善,我国的社会保障制度在经济发展、社会稳定、保障全体人民正常的生产生活方面起到了非常重要的作用。但是我们也看到,随着经济波动的挑战、人口老龄化的加剧、人口迁移流动的加快、就业形式的多样化,社会保障制度自身建设中存在的问题已经影响到了我国经济的发展速度,成为经济高速发展的制度性障碍。为了促进和谐社会的尽快建立、保障经济社会的持续、稳定、健康发展,完善我国的社会保障制度就显得非常重要。

But we have also seen, with the challenges of economic fluctuations, increasing aging population, population migra- tion and mobility of the acceleration of the diversification of forms of employment, self- construction of the so- cial security system problem has affected the pace of development of China＇ s economy has become rapid economic development of the institutional barriers. In order to promote the establishment of a harmonious society as soon as possible to ensure economic and social sustainable, stable and healthy development, and improve China＇s social security system is very important.
