摘要
子宫内膜异位症是妇科常见病及多发病之一,本病呈进行性加重,且易复发,为妇科疑难病证,西药药物治疗的主要目的是缓解症状,促进生育功能,但停药后容易复发,不能达到根治目的,且有很多缺陷和肝肾损害等副作用。近年来中医药对本病的研究进展迅速,中医中药在免疫治疗方面具有独到之处,中药特别是补益类及活血化瘀类中药对机体免疫系统的调节具有双向性和多效性。其疗效及作用机理的研究成为近年的热点。
Endometriosis is one of common and frequently-occurring gynecological diseases, which aggravates progressively and is easy to relapse but difficult to cure. The main purpose of Western drug treatment is to relieve symptoms and to promote procreation function, but the disease tends to relapse after discontinuation of the drug. So the Western drug treatment can not affect a radical cure, and it also has many defects and side effects such as liver and kidney damage. In recent years, Chinese medicine has made rapid progress in the research of this disease with its unique treatment in immunity. Traditional Chinese medicine, especially those that can invigorate the circulation of blood to dissipate blood stasis can regulate the immune system with a hi-directional and multi-effect nature. Studies on its efficacy and mechanism have become hot in recent years.
