摘要
目的:总结分析经皮加压钢板(PCCP)系统内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的方法及疗效。方法:对32例股骨粗隆间骨折采用骨折闭合复位,PCCP系统内固定治疗。结果:经4个月～1.5年随访,全部病例骨折愈合,且髋关节功能恢复满意。结论:应用PCCP系统内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折具有复位满意、操作简便、固定牢靠、便于早期功能锻炼、骨折愈合优良率高等优点。
Objective：To summarize the methods and the curative effects of the internal fixation with the percutaneous compression plating （PCCP） system in treating intertrochanteric fracture. Methods：Closed reduction and internal fixation with PCCP system was applied to 32 patients with intertrochantetic fracture. Results：All patients were followed up for 4 months to 1.5 years,which showed union in all the fractures and satisfactory hip function. Conclusion：The treatment of internal fixation with PCCP system has several advantages,such as preferable reduction,convenient operation,firm fixation,earlier functional exercise and high union rate,etc.
