酒石酸美托洛尔联合卡托普利治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效观察 被引量：14

摘要 目的:探讨酒石酸美托洛尔联合卡托普利治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法:116例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,比较治疗前后心功能改善情况。结果:治疗组总有效率为86.21%,对照组总有效率为72.41%,差异有统计学意义,两组患者血压、心率均有不同程度下降,心脏射血分数明显提高,组间差异有统计学意义。结论:慢性心力衰竭常规治疗基础上联合应用酒石酸美托洛尔和卡托普利,临床效果优于单独应用卡托普利,安全性较好。
