摘要
排样是制定冲压工艺不可缺少的内容.合理的排样可以使冲裁件在条料上有最经济的布置,提高材料的利用率.本文提出了一种基于数据库的优化排样系统.通过建立搭边值和排样方法数据库,利用计算机进行排样优化,通过不同排样方式中材料利用率的比较选取获得最佳排样方式.
For the punch process, plate layout is indispensable. The proper layout can make a most valuable arrangement for punching parts in metal sheet, and improve the stock utilization. This paper developed a method for gaining the optimized layout process by creating the layout parameters database, and utilizing computer for data selection and simulation, and selecting the best layout process by comparing the stock utilization of different layout methods.
