摘要
目的观察贝那普利联合苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平治疗Ⅰ、Ⅱ级高血压的降压效果,并与单用贝那普利降压疗效比较,以期选用合理的降压药物和用药方法。方法60例Ⅰ、Ⅱ级高血压患者随机分为A、B两组。治疗组(A组)给予贝那普利10 mg,1次/d,苯磺酸左旋氨氯地平片2.5 mg,1次/d。对照组(B组)30例给予贝那普利10 mg,1次/d,连用4周评价疗效。结果治疗组总有效率90%,对照组总有效率70%。两组总有效率比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论贝那普利联合左旋氨氯地平治疗Ⅰ、Ⅱ级高血压、疗效好、安全性佳,可以减少副作用。
Objective To observe clinical effect of benazepril combined with levamlodipine in treating grade 1 and 2 hypertension.To select rational antihypertensive drugs and method.Methods 60 cases such patient were randomly divided into therapy group and control group,therapy group（group A） was treated with 10mg benazepril once a day,control group（group A） was treated with 2.5mg levamlodipine once a day.Results There was significant difference between therapy group and control group after 4 weeks.Total effective rate of therapy group was 90%,and control group was only 70%.Conclusion The curative effect and security were extremely effective with benazepril plus levamlodipine in treating grade 1 and 2 hypertension,at the same time the method could reduce the side effect.
