中比转数离心泵内部流场的三维数值模拟 被引量:10

3D numerical simulation on internal flow field in medium specific speed centrifugal pump

摘要 基于全三维不可压缩雷诺时均方程和RNGk-ε湍流模型,采用压力-速度隐式修正SIMPLEC算法,应用FLUENT软件中提供的多重参考系模型(MRF),对具有扭曲叶片的中比转数离心泵内三维不可压缩湍流流动进行数值模拟,探讨泵流道内的压力及速度分布规律,揭示泵内的回流、高速、高压流动现象.结果表明:扭曲形叶片汽蚀性能较好,但靠近隔舌流道内的回流、叶片流道内的局部高速和高压流场会影响离心泵效率,对隔舌和叶轮叶片结构进行优化是提高中比转数离心泵效率的途径之一. Based on three-dimension Reynolds-averaged equations and the RNG k-ε turbulence model, a three-dimension incompressible turbulence flow in the centrifugal pump of the twisted-blade with the medium specific speed was simulated by using the SIMPLEC algorithm and MRF model provided by FLUENT. The distribution of the pressure and the velocity in the pump were investigated. The phenomena of the return flow, high speed and high pressure flow fields in the local region of the centrifugal pump were analyzed. Results indicated that the cavitation performance of the pump with twisted-blade was better than that with cylindrical blade. The return flow near the tongue passage and the high speed and high pressure flow fields in the local region had significant influence on the efficiency of the centrifugal pump. It is an effective means for improving the efficiency of the centrifugal pump to optimize the structure of the tongue and the blade.
