摘要
根据自动站现场校准工作的需要,针对天津气象仪器厂生产的SL2型雨量传感器不合格率偏高的问题,利用山东2004—2006年的自动站现场校准资料,对自动站不同型号雨量传感器的技术指标和工作原理进行研究,得出了在标准球给出相同水容量的条件下,不同承水口径雨量传感器的标准显示值是不相同的结论。对标准显示值不是10mm雨量的传感器,应该先将其测量误差换算为10mm雨量的误差,再以此为依据,用《自动气象站现场校准方法》给出的最大允许误差去判定是否合格。
To solve the problem that the reject rate of the SL2 precipitation sensor manufactured by Tianjin Meteorological Instrument Works is on the high side, technical parameters and working principles of precipitation sensor in different types are researched, according to the on-the-spot calibration data of automatic weather station from 2004 to 2006 in Shandong. On the condition that standard spheres give the same water cubage, the standard display value of precipitation sensor with different calibers are quite distinct. For the precipitation sensor whose standard display value is not 10mm,its measurement error should be converted to 10mm precipitation error firstly, then use the maximum permissible error given by Orrthe-spot Calibration Method of Automatic Weather Station to judge its qualification.
