摘要
目的探讨用Photoshop软件对SPECT和CT图像进行融合的技术方法与价值。方法设计使用Photoshop软件对SPECT和CT图像进行融合的技术流程、方法,并使用该方法对26例恶性肿瘤患者的SPECT和CT进行融合处理,将SPECT图像、CT图像及融合后的图像分别由2位有经验的核医学科医师盲法阅片分析,随访患者临床诊断结果,评价该图像融合技术的临床价值。结果用Photoshop软件融合SPECT和CT图像操作方便,价格低廉。研究的26例患者、43个病灶中,非融合SPECT显像能准确定位31个病灶(占72.09%),其病灶大多为肋骨、盆骨及四肢长骨的转移灶,另外12个病灶(占27.91%)无法准确定位。对照SPECT图像后,SPECT与CT的Photoshop融合图像既检出了全部病灶,且均能准确定位。结论在有限的经济条件下,使用Photoshop对SPECT与CT融合显像具有一定的实用价值。
Objective To explore the use of photoshop software SPECT and CT image fusion methods and the clinical diagnostic value.Methods Choose the General Hospital of Chengdu Military Region Nuclear Medicine in September 2008-2009 year in February to check the patient's SPECT and CT with the position taken tomography images,and the use of Photoshop software integration of the two images obtained planar SPECT and CT images and SPECT tomography fusion imaging by two experienced nuclear medicine physicians read the chip analysis of common imaging findings,assess their impact on the targeted tumor diagnosis performance.Results X-ray CT and FDG SPECT images intuitive comparison,x-ray CT can clearly show the head and neck,chest and abdomen and pelvic anatomy,SPECT images can show the functional status of organizations,but the anatomical display unclear.26 cases of patients with 43 lesions.If SPECT imaging was used alone,only 31 lesions(representing 72.09%) can accurately positioning the other 12 lesions(representing 27.91%) the exact location can not be determined.The use of Photoshop for the SPECT and CT fusion images can be all detected,and all positioning.Conclusion The use of photoshop on the integration of SPECT and CT imaging of SPECT imaging had advantages in the limited economic conditions,it can improve hospital SPECT diagnosis of disease.
