摘要
目的研究天麻钩藤方对肾性高血压大鼠(RHR)的心脏保护作用及其机制。方法两肾一夹法造成肾性高血压大鼠模型,随机分为天麻钩藤方高、中、低剂量组、模型组、依那普利组,另设假手术组,检测各组大鼠血压、左心室质量指数(LVMI)及心肌中羟脯氨酸(Hyp)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)、丙二醛(MDA)的含量。结果天麻钩藤方高剂量组大鼠血压、LVMI、Hyp、MDA均明显低于模型组大鼠;SOD、GSH-PX含量明显高于模型组,差异具有统计学意义。结论该复方可能通过调节肾性高血压大鼠血压和心肌的抗氧化作用,抑制胶原增生以发挥其对心脏的保护作用。
Objective To investigate the heart-protective effects of compound Chinese medicine of Tianma Gouteng Prescription(TGP) on renal hypertensive rats(RHR) and to explore its mechanism. Methods RHR were established by two-kidney one-clip method, and then were randomly divided into 6 groups: high-, middle- and low-dose TGP groups, model group, enalapril group and sham-operation group. The blood pressure, left ventricular mass index (LV- MI), and myocardial contents of hydroxyproline(Hyp), superoxide dismutase(SOD), glutathione peroxidase(GSH- PX) and malondiadehyde(MDA) in 6 groups were measured. Results The blood pressure, LVMI, myocardial Hyp and MDA level were lower, and myocardial SOD and GSH-PX levels were higher in high-dose TGP group than those in the control group, the differences of the above indexes having statistical significance. Conclusion TGP exerts pro- tective effect on heart in RHR by adjusting the blood pressure and anti-oxidation effects of myocardium, and by in- hibiting collagen hyperplasia.
