血液透析诱导期患者负性情绪分析与干预效果评价 被引量：7

摘要 目的观察心理支持及音乐干预对血液透析诱导期患者负性情绪的影响效果。方法对32例尿毒症患者实施心理支持及音乐干预。采用Zung抑郁评定量表（SDS）、焦虑评定表（SAS）分别在干预前后对患者抑郁和焦虑状态进行测评。结果干预前后患者的抑郁和焦虑发生情况比较，经统计学分析，P〈0．01，差异有统计学意义。结论心理支持及音乐干预可减轻血液透析诱导期患者抑郁和焦虑症状，负性情绪明显改善，有利于患者顺利度过到标准血液透析治疗。
