摘要
病案作为医疗活动信息的主要载体,是医疗纠纷的重要法律证据,也是最具有法律效力的文本。文章从医院出现的医疗纠纷案例中查找病案书写错误、漏洞,尤其是在医院应诉过程中,因病案书写问题造成医院举证困难、甚至举证不能的病案书写问题进行分析总结,以提高病案书写质量,最终达到防范医疗纠纷的目的。
As the main carrier of the information in medical activities,medical records is not only an important legal evidence in medical disputes,but also the most effective legal text.This article sought for the mistakes and defects in the medical records of medical disputes,analyzed and concluded the writing problems in the cases that had made the hospital be hard or even fail to proof in the medical actions,in order to improve the quality of medical records and to prevent the medical disputes.
