摘要
为探讨现代战争及非战争条件下空运后送伤员的护理组织与实施方法，总结参加野战救护、演习及培训的经验，统筹护理力量，优化处置流程，体现空运后送护理的独特性，提高转运安全性及护理组织绩效，同时为实战条件下组织伤员空运后送提供有益的经验和参考。
To discuss the organization and implement of air evacuation nursing under modem war or non-war condition and to summarize the experience of battle field war nursing, maneuver and training. Managing the nursing strength, optimizing the procedure and stressing the uniqueness of air evacuation nursing could improve the evacuation safety, nursing management quality. The article also provides valuable experience of real war air evacuation nursing.
