摘要
在调研山东省机械工程学科硕士研究生课程设置现状的基础上,分析了课程设置对研究生可持续创新能力形成的影响,指出了制约研究生培养水平进一步提高的瓶颈。针对研究生培养过程中课程设置存在的问题提出相应对策:构建多元化培养目标指导下的课程体系,实施分类别、分方向的模块化课程设置,深入开展英语分层次教学,适度增大理科课程的比重,不断深化研究生课程的内涵与组织,并做好试点工作。
Based on the investigation of the status quo of the postgraduate courses in Shandong mechanical engineering fields,the influence exerted by the arrangement of the curricula on the postgraduates＇ sustainable innovation capability is analyzed.The bottleneck which restricts their further improvement is pointed out.Some countermeasures in response to the existing problems in postgraduate training are put forward.Curriculum system under the guidance of diversified training goal is constructed.Modularized course offering by different classes and different directions is implemented.English teaching in mixed-level classes will be deeply conducted.The proportion of science courses will be moderately increased.The connotation and the organization of the postgraduate courses will be continually deepened.Pilot project will be done well.
