摘要
基于顶空气相色谱分析,采用ECD检测器测定,建立了饮用纯净水中14种卤代烃的检测方法,并对色谱柱、色谱检测器、平衡温度、平衡时间及样品基体进行了研究和条件优化.结果表明:在所建立的最佳实验条件下14种卤代烃的回收率在88.2%~99.6%之间,相对标准偏差为1.68%~6.29%,检测限为0.1~120μg.L-1;所建立的分析方法快速、简便,适合饮用纯净水中多种卤代烃的检测分析.
A method was developed for quick-determination of 14 kinds of halohydrocarbons in purified drink water by head space and gas chromatography with electron capture detector(HS-GC-ECD).Some conditions and parameters were optimized as column,detector,equilibrium time and temperature,and sample matrix.Under the optimal conditions,the recoveries of the fourteen halohydrocarbons were in the range of 88.2 % ~99.6 %.The relative standard deviations were from 1.68 % to 6.29 %.The determination limit was between 0.1~120 μg·L-1.It is suggested that this method is rapid,simple and suitable for determination of halohydrocarbons in purified drink water.
