摘要
目的观察针药并用治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法将251例患者随机分成两组,治疗组给予自拟中药内服,对照组服用西药止痛,两组均配合针刺。结果两组患者治疗前后疼痛评分比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01),两组患者治疗后疼痛评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组治疗后总有效率为92.1%,对照组为88.7%,两者比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中药配合针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症具有良好疗效。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of combined acupuncture and medicine in treating lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Method Two hundred and fifty-one patients were randomly allocated to two groups. The treatment group was given self-prepared Chinese herbal medicine and the control group took Western medicine for pain relief. Both groups received acupuncture additionally. Results There was a statistically significant pre-/post- treatment difference in the pain score in both groups of patients （P〈0.01）. There was no statistically significant post-treatment difference in the pain score between the two groups of patients （P 〉 0.05）. After treatment, the total efficacy rate was 92.1% in the treatment group and 88.7% in the control group; there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Chinese herbal medicine plus acupuncture has a good therapeutic effect on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.
