摘要
纤维含量定量分析通常采用化学溶解法,其检测周期长(约需2~3 d),难以适应我国纺织品对外贸易的快速发展,也影响了纺织品的生产贸易周期.采用不同烘干方法,以减少常规纤维含量检测方法中的烘干时间、冷却时间为主要研究内容,筛选出红外干燥代替烘箱干燥,并对其定量分析过程中烘干时间、冷却时间进行了研究,确立了快速的检测方法,实现了纺织品纤维含量快速检测的目的.
Chemical dissolution method was usually applied in the quantitative analysis of textile fiber content usually,however,it has long detection cycle,about 2~3 d.It is difficult to adapt to the rapid development of China's textile trade and affect the textile production and trade cycles.In order to shorten the drying and cooling time during the conventional fiber content detection method,infrared drying method was selected to substitute for oven drying.The drying time,cooling time in the quantitative analysis was studied with different drying methods.The rapid detection method was established and the rapid textile fiber content detection was realized.
