基于本体映射面向模糊客户需求的产品配置研究 被引量:21

摘要 现有面向客户需求的产品配置方法很难支持客户需求模糊时的配置,为此提出了一种面向模糊客户需求的产品配置方法。首先,在描述模糊客户需求特征参数与产品族实例特征参数的基础上,建立了客户需求域的模糊客户需求本体和配置实例域的产品族实例本体。然后,基于本体映射方法,通过本体中概念之间相似度的计算,完成了客户需求特征参数与实例特征参数之间的多级匹配,以实现基于模糊客户需求的产品配置。最后,以某摩托车产品族为例说明了该方法的有效性。 Existing product configuration methods oriented to customer requirement are hard to provide effective support for fuzzy requirements. To deal with this problem,a new configuration method oriented to fuzzy customer requirement was proposed. Firstly,a fuzzy customer requirement ontology in requirement domain and product family case ontology in configuration case domain were constructed by describing characteristic parameters of fuzzy customer requirement and product family case. Based on ontology mapping method,multi-level matching between customer requirement parameter and case parameter was completed by calculating the similarity among concepts so as to realize product configuration based on fuzzy customer requirement. Finally,an example of a motorcycle product family was presented to demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed method.
