摘要
研究了超声波法提取沙棘黄色素的最佳提取工艺,进行了单因素试验,探讨了超声时间、超声功率及料液比对沙棘黄色素提取率的影响。采用L9(33)正交试验,确定了最佳提取工艺条件为:超声时间为30min,超声功率为500W,料液比为1∶20。
The extraction technology of yellow pigment from sea buckthorn was studied. Through the single factor experiment, the effect of time, power and material ratio on sea buckthom were studied. Based on the oithogonal test, the optimum conditions were obtained as follows: time 30 min, power 500 W and material ratio 1 : 20.
