摘要
文章从E-Learning的优势、传统教学的不可替代性入手,分析了E-Learning协同的混合教学模式成为高职教学改革新方向的必然性。文章还对该教学模式下高职教师的新任务进行了系统的分析,对该教学模式在推广过程中存在的问题及对策进行了深入地研究,并对E-Learning协同的混合式教学模式在我国高职院校的推广工作提出了一系列建设性意见。
The article begins with the summary of the advantages of E - Learning and the irreplaceable of traditional teaching pattern. It analysis the inevitability of the blended teaching pattern cooperated with E - Learning to be the new direction of education reform in higher vocational education. It also analysis the new tasks of the teachers under this teaching pattern and investigates the problems during its development. Then by deep and detailed research, it gives out the effective solution and constructive suggestions for the development of the blended teaching pattern in higher vocational education.
