摘要
收集来自施工、监测和材料供应商3个方面的某项目桩基混凝土强度数据,组成3组不同的样本,使用质量控制工具中的直方图进行统计质量分析。对分析结果进行比较,并按照施工规范进行评定,以发掘数据现象表面掩盖的质量规律,找出产生此现象的原因和不合格纠正措施,完成对桩基混凝土施工的质量控制。
Collecting data of a project pile concrete strength from three areas such as construction, monitoring, and material supplier , to composite three different samples, then analys the data with histogram. The analytical results were compared and evaluated according to the construction standards in order to dlscover the quality rules covered by phenomenon of surface data to find out the causes and corrective meastues fail to complete the construction on the pile of concrete quality control.
