摘要
介绍了85/15棉毛混纺针织纱的工艺流程和工艺参数的选择。针对羊毛卷曲多,易损伤的特性,生产前对羊毛进行了加湿给油处理,使其回潮率控制在20%左右,以达到减少羊毛损伤和顺利成条的目的。为了保证棉毛混合均匀,避免在后道工序中出现染色不匀的现象,工艺上选用棉毛条与棉条并和的方式,即先用一定量的棉纤维和毛纤维混合,制成棉毛条,然后与纯棉条并条。在纺纱过程中,针对羊毛卷曲多、静电大等特点,采用了相应的工艺技术措施,保证成纱质量。
Technical processing and parameters of 85/15cotton/wool blended yarn were introduced in this article.Before producing,wetting and oiling were adopted to control the moisture regain at about 20%,to reduce the damage of wool also make slivering smoothly.Considered the uniformity and avoid the phenomenon of uneven dyeing,the measures adopt the way of cotton and wool sliver mix with cotton silver,that was first using cotton and wool to make sliver,then drawing with pure cotton sliver.Due to wool＇s feature of more curls and large static,related technical measures are adopted to guarantee a successful yarn quality.
