摘要
目的探讨循证护理在俯卧位脊柱手术中的应用。方法对俯卧位脊柱手术中常见并发症确定护理问题,进行循证护理。结果根据循证采取有效的护理措施,减少了并发症的发生。结论循证护理是具有科学依据的护理实证,用来指导解决临床实际问题,能减少护理的盲目性,增加安全性,为患者提供最有效的护理,是提高护理水平的有力证据。
Objective To study the application of common complication prevention by evidenced based nursing for patients with prone position spine surgery. Method Confirm the nursing problem for patients with prone position spine surgery, and conduct evidence based nursing. Result Adopt the effective nursing measure base on evidence to reduce the occurrence of complication. Conclusion Evidence based nursing is a scientific gist with nursing demonstration. It＇s a safe and effect method for enhance nursing quality.
