摘要
目的分析北沙参的挥发性成分.方法提取北沙参挥发油,利用气相色谱-质谱联用技术对其进行分析.结果从北沙参挥发油中鉴定出10个化合物.结论北沙参挥发油中主要含有醛类、醇类和萜烯类成分.
OBJECTIVE To investigate the volatile constituents in root of Glehnia littoralis. METHODS The essential oil was extracted and analyzed by Gas chromatography- Mass spectroscopy. RESULTS 10 components were identified. CONCLUSION The essential oil in root of Glehnia littoralis mainly consists of aldehydes,alcohols and terpenes.
