摘要
由板材结构尺寸及生产要求设计一平行辊式矫平机,对其结构参数、力能参数进行了理论分析研究,并通过SolidWorks建立三维实体虚拟样机模型,利用仿真软件Cosmos对其进行了运动学与动力学仿真,得出矫平机主要力能数据,为实体样机的建立提供了重要的参考。
A parallel roll straightener is designed according to the structure size and production requirements of sheet. Structure parameters and force parameters of straightener also have been analyzed in theoretical.Three--dimensional solid model can be modeling by the three-dimension design software- SolidWorks. And the kinematics simulation of roll straightener can be obtained by the plug Cosmos,which can carry out the main force and energy parameters, this system provides important reference for the establishment of physical prototype.
