摘要
针对智能电动执行机构的发展趋势和控制缺陷,提出基于CANopen协议的CAN总线分布式网络控制系统的设计方案;分析了CANopen主站的应用和网络特性,采用基于队列信息交互的分层结构的方法设计CANopen监控主站,详细介绍了CANopen主站协议栈的通信实现,致力于建立实时性好的远程监控主站;最后简述了监控界面的设计;经过测试表明,CANopen监控主站通讯满足网络实时性的要求。
For the development trends and defects of intelligent electric actuator, the design of CAN bus distributed network control system based on CANopen protocol is presented. It analyses the CANopen master application and network characteristics, and the design of the CANopen monitor master based on the hierarchical structure of queue information exchange is implemented, then the communication imple mentazion of CANopen master protocol stack is discussed in detail. It mailnly develops a remote monitor master with good real-time performance. Finally, the design of monitor interface is described concisely. The tested results show that CANopen monitor master meets the requirements of network real-time performance.
