摘要
目的:研究某些中药有效成分对非酶糖基化的抑制作用。方法:中药有效成分加入体外白蛋白糖基化体系中,评价这些中药成分对糖基比终末产物(AGEs)形成的相对抑制率。结果:与参照糖基化反应抑制剂氨基胍相比,阿魏酸、刺五加皂甙和大黄醇提物对AGEs的相对抑制率分别为95.21%,94.75%和94.75%。结论:阿魏酸、刺五加皂甙和大黄醇提物对体外糖基化反应有明显抑制效果。
Objective:To investigate the inhibitory effects of some Chinese herb components on the nonenzymatic glycosylation. Methods: The Chinese herb components were added to a glycosylation system in vitro andthe relative inhibitory rates for formation of advanced glycosylation end products (AGE) were evaluated. Results: Ferulic acid, Eleutheroside and Rheum Officinale showed sighficant irthibitory effects on nonenzyymatic glycosylation. The relative inhibitory rates for AGE. formation were 95. 21 %, 94. 75 % and 94. 75%,respectively,compared with reference reagent, aminoguandine. Conclusion: Ferulic acid,Eleutheroside and Rheum Officinale possessed marked inhibitory effects on nonenzymatic glycosyiation in vitro.
