摘要
提出一种采用WinCC配方功能实现空调运转随负载变化而自适应的控制方法。通过利用WinCCUser-Archive选件和其中的内部控制函数,解决工程中配方系统的数据交换问题。通过C脚本并使用WinCC的标准函数,使配方的"上传"与"下载"功能得以更加灵活的使用,在中央空调的节能改造中取得了较好的效果。
Aiming at central air conditioning system great energy waste problems,in today and,a WinCC recipes functions as air conditioning load changes and adaptive control method automatically was described in paper.The questions of data exchanging of recipes system in the actual project were solved,by utilizing the option of WinCC user archive and its inside control functions.The functions of 'Read Tag'and'write Tag' became more agile,even achieve the good goal in transformation for central air conditioner eenergy-saving.
