摘要
科研评价体系对高校科研工作具有重要的导向作用,由于内外部多种因素的影响,目前我国高校科研评价体系存在着重数量轻质量、重短期效益轻长期评价、评价标准过于形式化等不足,高校可以采取制定科学的评价标准、选择适当的评价周期、注重绩效考评等措施改进科研评价。
Scientific research evaluation system is of such significance that guides the college scientific research work. Due to quite a few internal and external causes, that system in China is still far from being desirable. It puts more emphasis upon quantity than quality, short-sighted instead of foresighted. Also, the evaluation criteria are unduly stereotyped. It＇s suggested that better evaluation criteria as well more appropriate evaluation term be adopted, and that more concern be put upon performance of research work so as to improve the college scientific research evaluation system.
