An Analysis of the History,Development and Social Influence of US' Foundations

摘要本文对美国基金会兴起的历史背景、发展阶段进行梳理,分析基金会对现代社会发展的影响,以期对规范我国基金会的发展、正确把握与国外基金会的交往有所启示。 With the reform and opening-up process, foundations emerged in China and are gradually rising in social life. They not only play an active role in social development and transformation of government functions but also bring new problems of social administration. This paper tries to sort out the historical background and development stages of US＇ foundations and analyze foundations＇ influence on modem social development so as to provide for standardizing the development of China＇s foundations and dealing correctly with the relation with foreign foundations.
