摘要
本文分析了病历档案管理工作存在的主要问题,提出了病历档案工作者要完善服务设施,转变服务观念,主动为利用者提供优质服务,加强病历档案管理工作的改进措施。建立良好、协调的设施,营造便利、舒适的信息服务环境。
This paper analyzes the medical history file management of the main problems, a medical history fde workers to improve services and change the concept of service for the use of the initiative to provide quality services to enhance the medical file management improvements. Establish good co-ordination of facilities, creating a convenient, comfortable environment for information services.
