不同种类相思树试管苗内源激素的HPLC测定 被引量:9

The HPLC Detection of Endogenous Hormones from Seedlings in Several Species of Acacia

摘要 以不同种类相思树试管苗为材料,对相思树试管苗内源激素进行提取,并建立了相思树内源激素的HPLC测定方法。研究结果表明,不同种类相思树试管苗内源激素测定方法存在差异,不同种类相思树试管苗内源激素含量差异较大。 The seedlings of several species of Acacia were used as the materials in this experiment,the extraction of endogenous hormones,and establish the HPLC detection method of endogenous hormones of Acacia in the experiment.According to the research,the HPLC detection method of endogenous hormones in several species of Acacia were different,and the different of concentration of endogenous hormones were fairly large in several species of Acacia.
